In Switzerland, there are many circular products and solutions designed by innovative people and companies. All of them contribute to a more sustainable Swiss economy and society. The online network circular plus® has set the goal to unite and document as many projects as possible and make their ideas available for everyone. ALFAPURA® has now become part of circular plus®. We hope to inspire others to create their own circular innovations.
About innovations and ambitious goals
The platform circular plus® shares success stories from individuals and companies. The network is driven by different institutions that are committed to building a circular economy in Switzerland. It features companies that realize the great potential to become more circular and eco-friendly as well as individual people working on new more sustainable ways to do business. Those projects lead the way to reach the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development. The 2030 Agenda describes the way Switzerland wants to achieve the 17 Goals for Sustainable Development that were defined by the United Nations. These highly ambitious goals cannot be achieved without innovations on many levels. The documentation of circular plus® shows the potential we have to achieve these goals and helps to spread the knowledge.

ALFAPURA® adhesives support the recyclability of a diverse range of products. This is essential for a company working on its ecological footprint. The certification with the Material Health Certificate GOLD proves that all ingredients and the entire manufacturing process are safe in terms of the environment and health.
To achieve the highest grade of the certification of the renowned Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute has been our goal for quite a while, and it proved to be an ambitious goal. ALFAPURA® is a pioneer in recyclable adhesives, which means that there are no certified raw materials on the market yet. Every single ingredient of our adhesives had to be analysed in-depth in terms of their impact on nature and health along the whole value chain. Eventually, we achieved our goal and are proud to be a showcase of circular plus®. We offer a range of adhesives for different industries, mainly for the print and post-print industries and for packaging. But we also offer solutions in the fields of hygiene products, wood processing, textiles, and others.
